Fuel Mixture screw... found a picture?

I was looking around on the internet and found a picture of the carb online (its actually a LS400 from Japan, but the carb looks exactly the same). Is that screw inbetween the two screws the fuel mixture screw? Whick way to turn to fatten the mixture?
